Do I have to pay to find out if this is right for me? ↓
No. Every engagement starts with a free, no-commitment audit. Dr. Gill reviews your profile and tells you exactly where you stand — and which package, if any, makes sense for your situation. There is never any pressure to proceed.
Why do prices say "starting at"? ↓
Some profiles require more work than the base scope — for example, a complex school list that spans both Canada and the US, or a personal statement that needs significant narrative development before the writing process can begin. The final price is confirmed before any work starts. There are no surprise charges after engagement begins.
What is your refund policy? ↓
No refunds are issued once work has commenced. This includes after the first session, after written feedback has been delivered, or after any strategic review has been conducted. Please review the full Terms and Conditions before engaging. This policy exists because the work begins immediately and its value is delivered from the first session.
How do I pay? ↓
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Canadian clients may also pay by e-transfer. Payment details are shared after your free audit and before any work begins. Visit the Payment page for full details.
Can I add interview prep after I start a package? ↓
Yes. Interview preparation is a $500 add-on that can be added to any Cycle Strategist or Reapplicant package at any point during the engagement. It does not need to be decided at the time of purchase.
Is this only for medical school? ↓
No. Gill Academic Consulting serves applicants to medical school (MD/DO), dental school (DDS/DMD), CAAPID programs, graduate school (Masters and PhD), and law school. The services are adapted to the specific requirements of each program type.
